National Technology Policy Peculiarities

Abstract

The article uses the results of Ukrainian NAS aim-oriented complex programme “Resource” completing. Authors view, on the world economy crisis background, the way of native technology policy realization, the peculiarities in determination and application of scientific state-development priorities. One of the main tasks among those is the national norm and law mechanisms on efficious technology policy support recreation. Mea su re complex able to improve sustainable technology development program for the purpose of crisis overcoming and Ukrainian economy complex competitive power ri sing is proposed.
