Strategic Challenges on Ukrainian State-building Way

Abstract

The article accents the necessity in Ukrainian society consolidation and national idea creating. The pith of such matter is the definition of Ukraine as a united, trully Ukrainian and worth of human being state. The author brings forward a new socio-humanist existence paradigm based on nation in general and each citizen in particular par defense. Chief role in this process belongs to an intellectual elite. Besides, so called “Small” idea – current, short-term, often tactic slogan, necessary for a land, family, individuality here and now – wants formulating. It could be words “Knowledge, information, movement (deed, action)” aiming the energy to intensive knowledge application for modern national state forming. Article suggests knowledge movement activizing mechanism which means spiritual and information mobility rising where movement “vertical” strengthens the heredity (conservatism) and “horizontal” reveals developping creativity (innovations).
