Abstract

Within transitory period in which the chain of postsocialist countries stays, the number of antiscientific ideas adherents increases substantially; non-traditional medicine, sham-physics doctrines etc. develop dramatically on those territories. The authors analyze the causes of such social regress calling the main ones among them: authorities indifference to scientific and educational institutions; delight at economy processes only; the ethic norms the “fossil” society was built on neglecting. The intellectual level extension as to government structures employees, claim researchers, allows not only science, education and culture reforms but also Ukrainian people intellectual enriching, Ukrainian nation gene pool strengthening.
