Steady (Low-entropy) Development: Ukrainian measuring

Abstract

Steady development main tokens and principles are analyzed in the article. To the author’s mind, as a reserve for steady development of Ukraine would be actions concerning economic mechanism perfection, in particular, transformation high-entropy abatements to low-entropy semi-products, i.e. to reiterative raw stuff. Low-entropy development strategic support has to be grounded on four basal principles: consumption of natural capital as free of charge commodity veto; taxation of little and middle business (especially within serving sphere) work and income minimization; natural capital productiveness increase, goal-seeking investments to its potential building-up; own interests staunch vindicating when going towards international arena. Those principles need laying to steady development of Ukraine general national program stage-by-stage modules. Author gives the train of specific propositions, outlines measure complex through obstacles hampering the security of steady development in Ukraine overpowering.
