Privatization: aim or instrument in economics policy?

Abstract

An article analyses privatization processes in Ukraine features. Alluding to Germany, France and Sweden governments experience as well as to Nobel winners Maurice Allais and Jan Tinbergen theoretical working outs author proves privatization to be an efficient economy instrument. Its correct usage may expedite not only economy development but also democratic transformations in the country. Researcher proposes to lay down legibly purpose and settle strategics of privatization, to make it transparent; to hold broad instructing campaign in society; to consolidate scientists, business and authorities efforts.
