Mineral elements content in boletalesmushrooms

Abstract

Article cntains data about Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, Mo, Se, Ag, Cd, Hg, Sr, As content in the fruiting bodies of 7 wildgrowing edible mushrooms of Boletales species. Speciesspecifity of Se, Ag and Hg uptake in Boletus edulis and B. luridus is noted. Article emphasizes exploitability the study of these mushrooms, traditionally including in Slavic ration, for their futher medicional application and creation of new mushrooms food supplements.
