Role of social sciences in social renewal of country

Abstract

On the basis of historical experience analysis, an author conclusively proves that the modern social (political, economic, legal, moral, spiritual) crisis affected Ukraine could not be overcome without application of progressive social science achievements. It, in particular, comes out from the regularity according to which a social culture of citizens is the basis for the state tread and social progress. A number of specific actions aimed at the increase of the role of the humanities in modernization of Ukrainian society that will provide steady social progress in Ukraine is proposed in the article
