Abstract

Authors of the article study evolution of the world-view principles of natural science experts from anthropocentrical approach to biocentrism. They visually prove that biological (ecological) knowledge is required for understanding evolution laws, restoration of natural resources, balancing and solving global problems of mankind, forecasting of negative consequences of people activity for environment and their prevention, accentuate on the necessity to develop biocentrism — world-view that asserts life priorities and needs, propagandizes the worth and originality of any life that should be protected and saved.
