Value and motivation vector of knowledgeable employee training in the light of innovation development intensification
Abstract
In this article objective and subjective factors that affect formation of value and motivation vector of knowledgeable employee training are reviewed. The results of international sociological studies and expert survey regarding innovation promotion, respondents evaluation of the quality of the acquired knowledge and motivation of creative activity in Ukraine are summarized.
