Colloid and chemical methods for fuel production from the coal-cleaning wastes

Abstract

The article considers and analyzes the aspects and capabilities of coal-cleaning wastes application as water-coal fuel. Particle size, electrokinetic properties, structural and mechanical features as well as heat effects of watercoal suspensions of various compositions are defined. The effect of fluidizing agents, surface modification and processes of mechanical activation on rheological properties of water-coal fuel is studied.
