Policy of economical growth: nature, goals, problems and prospects

Abstract

Dynamic renewal of geo-economics and geopolitical processes covers changes in theory and methodology of economy science nowadays. The presented research is an analysis of the main components and strategy implementation means of national economy macro-system evolution and centers of efforts application to provide general economic enhancement in Ukraine. The policy of economy growth is reviewed as a part of general state economic policy or special power institutes created by this policy. The role of the primary functions of policy of state economy endogenic growth is conceived in determined goal achievement. A number of major factors of policy influence and its characteristic correction is presented based on integral concept of close loop management implementation that should be incorporated into macro-system evolution strategy that defines landmarks and establishes a paradigm of national economy functioning as well as society existence principles as a whole. Based on aforementioned policy nature and functions the leading forces of Ukraine economy growth are formulated.
