Human and intellectual capital in the knowledge economy

Abstract

The features of intellectually-innovative development are determined from positions resource, synergetic, integral and action approaches, the difference of human and intellectual capital concepts is shown where the last is examined in the context of many other important constituents of human factor (spirituality, informative mobility, valued motivations, innovative culture, national consolidation, eurointegration orientations, creative comfort of environment, etc.), which influence formation of knowledge economy of Ukraine.
