Freedom of scientific creative work as constitutional right of a person and a citizen

Abstract

The main forms of realization of constitutional right of a person and a citizen on scientific creative work in Ukraine are described, in particular, activity of academic educational institutions of the ІІІ-ІV accreditation level and civil scientific organizations. The problems and pro spects of the aforementioned forms functioning in conditions of scientific and educational space reformation are in vestigated. Some questions of legislative regulation of the National academy of science of Ukraine and its structural units, civil scientific organizations status and activity are analyzed as well as the ways of these questions solving.
