Russian Federation, Ukraine has been suffering enormous human losses associated with a sharp decline in birth rates, an increase in mortality among both military and civilians, including children, the occupation of a large part of its territory and a massive outflow of people abroad, especially in the first half of 2022. This situation calls for scientific research aimed at assessing the loss of human capital in Ukraine, studying the factors that influence it, and finding ways to restore and compensate for the deterioration of the quantitative parameters of human capital.
