The report states that the spread of destructive information influences, which are the organized and targeted use of information means and technologies to cause harm to the object of influence, is a serious threat to the national security of the state. Various forms of information manipulation, sources of destructive influences, and means of countering their spread are analyzed. The importance of interdisciplinary research by scientists of the NAS of Ukraine as a scientific basis for organizing measures aimed at preserving social solidarity, strengthening information resilience, and increasing the effectiveness of countering hybrid threats is emphasized.
