Use of thermal energy technologies in the agricultural sector

Abstract

The report is devoted to the issues of creation and introduction into the agro-industrial sector of modern energy-efficient thermal energy technologies aimed at reducing energy costs and improving the quality of finished products. It is noted that the Institute of Engineering Thermophysics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine has developed innovative energy-efficient heat technologies, industrial technological lines and equipment for processing agricultural raw materials with almost complete preservation of biologically active substances.
