On verification of the existing and unallocated subsoil fund of Ukraine

According to the materials of scientific report at the meeting of the Presidium of NAS of Ukraine, December 17, 2025

Abstract

The report is devoted to the problems related to the fulfillment of Ukraine's international obligations under the Memorandum on a Strategic Partnership on Raw Materials with the EU and the Agreement on the Establishment of a United States—Ukraine Reconstruction Investment Fund, which should guarantee Ukraine's economic security and meeting national needs in mineral resources, primarily critical and strategic ones. To this end, it is necessary to provide scientific and methodological support for the development of Ukraine's mineral resources base, review the existing fund of mineral deposits, conduct their comprehensive examination taking into account international approaches to the assessment of reserves and resources, as well as introduce rational methods for the development of complex deposits and the extraction of associated components.
