Abstract

The report presents the results of the implementation of the targeted comprehensive program of the NAS of Ukraine “Scientific foundations of the functioning and ensuring conditions for the development of the scientific and publishing complex of the NAS of Ukraine” in 2021—2025. It is emphasized that the implementation of this program has become an important step towards streamlining the preparation and release of publishing products and creating conditions for the further development of the Academy’s publishing activities. It is proposed to launch a new targeted comprehensive program “Transformation of the scientific and publishing complex of the NAS of Ukraine in conditions of war and post-war changes in the context of the implementation of European open science initiatives” for 2026—2030.
