Abstract

The report of the Head of the Section of Chemical and Biological Sciences of the NAS of Ukraine presents the most significant results of fundamental and applied research obtained during the period 2020—2025. It is emphasized that during the reporting period, the topics of applied research of the Section were expanded in view of the challenges that the state has faced (COVID-19 pandemic, military aggression of the Russian Federation, etc.). Certain areas of the Section's activity are considered in more detail in the speeches of Academicians-Secretaries of the departments that are part of it.
