Based on the well-known thermodynamics laws, the author presents a number of statements regarding principles of natural and social systems, sustainable society development, state successful governing, globalisation processes expansion in the modern world. The particular value is concrete authors proposals in the program of achievement by Ukrainian society of perfection level comparable to that of European Union countries.
