Methods and models for assessing the state of cyber defense of critical infrastructure facilities of the state

Abstract

The report emphasizes that the development and implementation of effective tools and systems for assessing the state of cyber security of critical infrastructure facilities of the state and the level of hybrid threats is a relevant scientific task. The theoretical and practical results obtained at the State University of Information and Communication Technologies are considered. These are aimed at creating new, flexible and adaptive methods for protecting critical infrastructure facilities and developing effective cyber threat assessment systems.
