Abstract

The transition from the dominance of hydrocarbon-based energy sources to low-carbon ones necessitates the transformation of all components of the energy system, the creation of a decentralized energy market, development of smart grids and systems according to the Smart Grid concept combined with the development of technologies and energy storage market and with the formation of active energy consumers.
