Abstract

On February 17, 2022, scientific session of the General Meeting of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine on the formation and implementation of the model of low-carbon economy of Ukraine was held. At the session, a number of reports of specialists of NAS of Ukraine on prospects of development of low-carbon economy of Ukraine, on ways to transform integrated power system of Ukraine into the modern intellectual and ecologically safe system, on current directions of research on hydrogen energy and its impact on the decarbonization of industry, as well as the role of natural ecosystems in ensuring decarbonization were heard and discussed.
