Abstract

The comprehensive analysis of man-caused issues of biosphere thermal pollution and ecological consequences of thermal power stations and nuclear power stations is presented. It’s highlighted that nuclear power stations as water vapour sources do not reduce but increase the greenhouse effect. The authors underline that a wide use of renewable energy resources and implementation of energy efficient technologies will contribute to global warming problem solution.
