Radiation affection and radioprotectors

Abstract

The article retrospectively presents that classical requirements to radioprotectors that are based on efficiency under the condition of lethal dose irradiation are not adapted to negative influence mitigation and small radiation doses. Post-Chornobyl situation has proved this statement. The requirements to metabolism modifiers are formulated under the condition of low-intensity irradiation based on practical developments.
