Abstract

The report emphasizes that today, when the whole world is in a new hybrid reality "peace-war", which is characterized primarily by uncertainty, internal national resilience and national security are becoming not just important, but also existentially decisive factors for the future of Ukraine, and national rooting of economic development is an imperative requirement. The strategy of nationally rooted economic development as a combination of external and internal inclusiveness and the mechanisms for its implementation in the process of post-war reconstruction and recovery of Ukraine are discussed.
