Abstract

The article examines the specifics of the development of the Ukrainian people during the existential war, as well as post-war recovery. The existential war is interpreted as a war not for resources, but for life, freedom, identity and values. The concept of “personal potential of the people” is introduced — a quantitative and qualitative characteristic of a person and a community, which outlines critical thinking, innovation, initiative, morality and the ability for constructive co-creative interaction. Methodological strategies for the effective development of the personal potential of the people are developed. The archetypes of the culture of the Ukrainian people are studied in the dynamics of their social manifestation. The possibilities of education and science for the development and realization of the personal potential of the Ukrainian people are discussed.
