A quarter century of academic political science: achievements and challenges

To the 25th anniversary of the Kuras Institute of Political and Ethnic Studies of NAS of Ukraine

Abstract

In December of 1991, the Presidium of the Academy of Sciences of Ukraine has established the Kuras Institute of Political and Ethnic Studies of NAS of Ukraine. The article deals with the main stages in the history of the institution, the fundamental directions of its research activities, as well as the most significant scientific achievements and outstanding practical results obtained in the 25 years.
