Abstract

The sociohumanistic component of a national way to constant development is being examined. This component complexly involves spiritual-intellectual, national-innovational, informationalylinguistic and other components, which are being determined by rates of development of home systems of science, education, culture etc., by level of intellectual property of Ukraine, by potential of its human capital, by synergetic creative activity of the society.
