About the Scientific Concept of the Development of Ukrainian Legislation

Abstract

The report examines a set of urgent tasks facing scientists of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in the process of implementing the Law of Ukraine “On Lawmaking Activity”. The preparation of the Scientific Concept for the Development of Ukrainian Legislation should be aimed at providing the legal and organizational foundations of lawmaking activity in order to further improve the lawmaking process in Ukraine, regulate social relations related to the planning, development, adoption, application of regulatory legal acts and the approximation of Ukrainian legislation to EU standards.
