Abstract

Authors implement the postulates of human capital, which can be obtained by way of the intellectual work and which is result of the investment to the knowledge, the professional training, the growing of worker's qualification. In the article there is definition of the circle of the practical tasks, which must be solved in the state for the aim obtaining more full Nation Intellect usage.
