Abstract

January 30, 2025 marks the 75th anniversary of the famous Ukrainian scientist, specialist in cybernetics, systems analysis, decision-making theory, three-time laureate of the State Prize of Ukraine in Science and Technology (1990, 1999, 2005), Honored Science and Technology Figure of Ukraine (2000), full Cavalier of the Order of Merit (1996, 1998, 2005), laureate of the V.M. Glushkov Prize (1995), V.S. Mikhalevych Prize (2004) and S.O. Lebedev Prize (2019) of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Honorary Doctor of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (2020), Doctor of Technical Sciences (1984), Professor (1985), Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (1995), Academician of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine (1995) Michael Z.
