International experience of research and preservation of archaeological sites in the conditions of Russian aggression against Ukraine

Abstract

The report notes that despite the difficult conditions, the institutions of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine continue archaeological research and expand international cooperation. For example, the Institute of Archeology of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine is currently implementing about 20 projects, some of which are aimed not only at conducting research and publishing results but also at preserving the archaeological heritage of Ukraine.
