Changes in the NAS of Ukraine in the context of modern realities

Abstract

The report lists the main problems facing the scientific sphere in Ukraine today, including mass emigration of scientists, the disappearance of a number of critical scientific areas, the reduction of hours for teaching science and technology in school curricula, etc. The need to create scientific “incubators” that would serve as examples of effective attraction of foreign assistance and improvement of the situation with human resources was emphasized. It was noted that the Academy should take a more active part in shaping the state's educational policy.
