Abstract

The report emphasizes that in order to increase the efficiency of using scientific developments, it is necessary to more clearly distribute tasks between scientists, producers and consumers of innovative products, make certain changes to legislation, improve the system of forming priority scientific areas and establish systematic interaction between the government, science and society.
