Abstract

The speech is devoted to the current problems of the activities of scientific institutions of the NAS of Ukraine under martial law. The need to unite the efforts of various institutes around important scientific and applied problems was emphasized, in particular the importance of their participation in the formation of innovation clusters in certain areas of high-tech production to attract investment in science, expand cooperation of scientific institutions with business and industry, and jointly produce new knowledge and technologies was underscored.
