Abstract

In this article main mechanism of the international technological exchange are described, different strategies and forms of intellectual product implementation are analyzed. The authors rais the issue of possibility for Ukraine to become an active subject of the global economy of the twenty first century and a role of the effective management based on the principles of modern international marketing.
