The report examines the results of research and the prospects for expanding the participation of the Institute for Nuclear Research of the NAS of Ukraine in the experiments of international collaborations LHCb and CBM within the framework of the modernization of their track systems using the novel monolithic micropixel detectors manufactured using CMOS nanotechnology. Such modernization will allow for conducting physical measurements at a tenfold increased luminosity of experiments with a corresponding increase in their statistical significance and accuracy of spatio-temporal characteristics of reconstructed physical events. The Institute has also created a quality assessment system for microdetectors.
