Abstract

On April 6 the famous mathematician, specialist in the field of function theory and its applications in probability theory, laureate of the State Prize of Ukraine in the field of science and technology (1992), Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (1966), corresponding member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (1978) Iossif V. Ostrovskii would have turned 90 years old.
