Abstract

The report presents the main results obtained during the implementation of the targeted research program of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine "Aerospace environmental surveillance for sustainable development and security" (ERA-PLANET/UA) in 2021—2023. The program was aimed at further development of the Ukrainian segment of the European research area in the field of satellite observations, as well as the issues of assessing environmental damage and food security of the state in the context of military operations. The scientific and applied results obtained will contribute to solving urgent problems of environmental monitoring in Ukraine and assessing the damage caused by military operations, as well as to the development of cooperation between NAS of Ukraine scientists and European partners in the field of aerospace Earth observation.
