Target reference points of the National Strategy for Heating Supplies of Settlements of Ukraine

According to the Resolution of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine 07.05.2008, N 465 “On the Establishment of the Interagency Working Group on National Strategy for Heating Supplies”, experts developed draft guidelines (principles) for creating a document of national importance. Article represents the state of the development of the National Strategy for Heating Supplies of Settlements of Ukraine and one of the basic and necessary provisions of this Strategy — its target reference points, which in turn determine the main tasks and ways of their solution.
