Legal Settlement of Organization and Activities of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine — Call of Time

Abstract

On the basis of analysis of the current legislation of Ukraine on scientific and technological activities, as well as its practical application, the problematic issues of improving the legal status of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine at the present stage are highlighted. The necessity of adopting a special law on the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine is justified and its main conceptual points are set out.
