Abstract

The questions of organization of scientific activity and R&D management in the conditions of development of post-industrial society are exposed. Offered and grounded directions of institutional changes of scientific sphere of Ukraine, among which network organization of research activity, competentness approach towards integration of science and education, introduction of institutes of development, modernization of structure of financing and system of estimation of results of scientific activity.
