Nuclear terrorism of the Russian Federation in Ukraine is a challenge to world security

Abstract

The report emphasizes that the seizure of nuclear facilities located on the territory of Ukraine by the Russian Federation is a violation of international law and basic principles of nuclear safety and poses a threat to both Ukraine and the world. Specific examples show that Russia's actions should be classified as nuclear terrorism, and it is noted that specialized international organizations, especially the IAEA, unfortunately, do not take sufficient measures to put pressure on the aggressor nation.
