Abstract

January 26, 2022 marks the 75^th anniversary of the famous Ukrainian neurosurgeon, scientist, teacher, health care organizer, public figure, two-time winner of the State Prize of Ukraine in Science and Technology (1996, 2002), Honored Worker of Science and Technology of Ukraine (1997), laureate of O.O. Bogomolets (2013) and M.M. Amosov (2019) nominal prizes of the NAS of Ukraine, President of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine (since 2016), Head of the Department of Neurosurgery of the O.O. Bogomolets National Medical University (since 1993), Head of the Department of Reconstructive and Functional Neurosurgery of the A.P. Romodanov Institute of Neurosurgery of the NAMS of Ukraine (since 2016), Doctor of Medical Sciences (1985), Professor (1989), Academician of the NAS of Ukraine (2021) and NAMS of Ukraine (2010) Vitaliy I. Tsymbaliuk.
