BODIES PROTECTING THE RIGHTS AND LEGALLY PROTECTED INTERESTS OF ECONOMIC ENTITIES

The article discusses the role and importance of the protection of bodies of the rights and lawful interests of business entities. Posted scientific opinions about the place of the eligible protection system to ensure the rights of participants of economic relations in Ukraine. The current state law, which regulated the legal status of protection. Results provisions of existing codes and other legal acts, which define the procedural order of reference entities for the protection of their rights and interests protected by law. Number of substantiated judgments, which argued the introduction of collective judicial consideration of economic disputes.
