RISK MANAGEMENT IN THE OUTSOURCING CONTRACT

The article is devoted to revealing legal possibilities of risk management in the outsourcing contract. It is argued that risk management has a direct dependence on the content of the outsourcing contract and the formulation of mutual obligations of the parties in it. The author emphasizes that in today’s economic conditions the risk becomes of a new meaning, in particular, it should be considered as a legal category, which reflects the established forms of uncertainty in economic activity with signs of chance and probability. The contract management of outsourcing risks, according to the author, should be realized through the internal unity of the rights, responsibilities and responsibilities of the parties to the outsourcing contract.
