Abstract

With the use of the impedance spectroscopy method, the temperature and frequency dependences of the electroconductivity and the dielectric capacitivity of ceramics of AIILnnBIIInO3n+1-type compounds (AII = Sr, Ba, Ln = La, Eu, BIII = Sc, In, n = 1, 2) with layered perovskite-like structure (LPS) have been investigated. Anomalous deviations on the curves of these dependences within the temperature intervals 638—738 K, 500—700 K, and 725—800 K, accordingly, for BaLaInO4, SrLaInO4 indates and SrEuScO4 scandate, that are obviously caused by structural changes in their monolayer LPS, have been established.
