One of the ways to improve the efficacy of autologous cancer vaccine is adding the xenogenic material enriched with heat shock proteins (HSP) to its formula. This paper describes the antigenic homology HSP with MM 70 kDa from xenogenic embryonal and autologous tumor tissues and the investigation of the antitumor efficacy of vaccines designed on the basis of HSP-peptide complexes of various geneses. These vaccines are found out to be more effective in terms of retardation of the growth of a tumor node and the antimetastatic effect than vaccines produced under the traditional technology.
