Effect of trifluoroacetic acid on the water clustering in partially dehydrated rat liver with Guerin carcinoma

Abstract

The state of water in lyophilized liver tissue of rats, intact and impressed by Guerin carcinoma is investigated by the method of low-temperature 1H NMR spectroscopy. It was found that six types of water clusters that can dissolve different amounts of trifluoroacetic acid are present in intact tissue. In the liver tumor, clusters SAW are more homogeneous, and their solvent abilities are significantly smaller with respect to TFA and electron-donor molecules.
